What is Round Table System?

Round Table System is a personal health data management platform. It connects to your healthcare providers' electronic health record systems and allows you to view, organize, and manage your medical information in one place.

How do I connect my healthcare provider?

After creating an account, navigate to the provider connections section. Search for your healthcare provider, then sign in using your existing patient portal credentials (such as your Epic MyChart login). You will be asked to authorize Round Table System to access specific categories of your health data. Your portal credentials are never stored by our system.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. We use encryption for all data in transit and at rest, implement strict access controls, and follow healthcare industry security practices. We never sell or share your health data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Which healthcare providers are supported?

Round Table System supports healthcare providers whose electronic health record systems offer FHIR-based patient access APIs. This includes health systems using Epic MyChart and other FHIR-enabled platforms. The availability of specific data types may vary by provider.

Can I manage health records for family members?

Yes. If you are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver, you can manage health records for your dependents. Each family member's data is kept separate and secure within your account.

How do I disconnect a provider or delete my account?

You can disconnect any healthcare provider connection at any time from your account settings. To delete your account entirely, contact us at support@roundtablesystem.com. Upon account deletion, all your data is removed within 30 days.

Does Round Table System provide medical advice?

No. Round Table System is a data management tool, not a healthcare provider. We display information from your healthcare providers for your convenience but do not interpret, diagnose, or recommend treatments. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider for medical questions.

Is there a cost to use Round Table System?

Round Table System is currently available at no cost during our development period. We will provide advance notice of any changes to pricing.

I see incorrect information in my health records. What should I do?

Health data in Round Table System comes directly from your healthcare providers' systems. If you notice an error, please contact your healthcare provider to request a correction at the source. Once corrected in your provider's system, the updated information will be reflected in Round Table System on the next sync.

Can I export my health data?

Yes. You can export your health data from Round Table System in standard formats. Contact support if you need assistance with data export.
